Daniel J. Bonardi
Founding Partner
Daniel Bonardi, one of the founding partners of Bonardi & Uzdavinis, is a former athlete and Florida native who focuses his practice on litigation and advises clients in real estate matters, business disputes, personal injury, and probate administration.
Daniel obtained his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude, from WMU-Cooley Law School. Daniel also graduated with his LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami Law School.
Daniel’s career is devoted to zealously advocating for his clients throughout the Tampa Bay Area and the State of Florida. He is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
Daniel is a member of the Florida Bar and the Saint Petersburg Bar Association, a former Chair for the Real Property Section of the Saint Petersburg Bar, and an active member of the United States Coast Guard Reserves.
Arturo Uzdavinis
Founding Partner
Arturo is one of the founding partners of Bonardi & Uzdavinis, LLP. His practice areas include real estate, construction, personal injury, and business litigation. Prior to founding Bonardi & Uzdavinis alongside Daniel Bonardi, Arturo started his early practice working at two highly regarded boutique law firms and had the distinct pleasure of gaining invaluable experience under the tutelage of several attorneys regarded as some of the most elite trial attorneys in their respective practice areas across three states. Now, Arturo focuses on zealously representing individuals and corporations in the Tampa Bay Area, and throughout the State of Florida.
Arturo earned his Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude from Barry University School of Law. Prior to law school, he spent two years playing offensive tackle for several National Football League organizations. He also graduated from and played football at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Arturo is a Tampa native who attended Jesuit High School and returned to the Tampa Bay Area after law school to get back to his roots and community.
Arturo is a Spanish-speaker who comes from a pedigree of distinguished attorneys in Puerto Rico. His grandfather, Hector Reichard de Cardona, former attorney general of Puerto Rico, continues to practice at the law firm he founded nearly 40 years ago and built upon the foundational principles that have been passed on to Arturo since childhood when Arturo would stand in Mr. Reichard’s office with visions of one day continuing the legacy.
When not at work, Arturo enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife and children. He is a member of the Tampa Jesuit Bar Association, National Football League Players’ Association, and Knights of Columbus.
Megan McKinley
Attorney
Megan McKinley focuses her practice on probate and estate planning, real estate law, business litigation, and construction defect matters. She represents a broad range of clients, from individuals and families navigating personal legal needs to businesses facing complex disputes. Megan handles both litigation and transactional matters, providing comprehensive legal support tailored to each client’s goals. Megan prioritizes resolving matters efficiently and cost-effectively. Her clients value her ability to deliver timely, strategic outcomes while minimizing unnecessary expense or delay.
Before joining Bonardi & Uzdavinis, Megan practiced civil litigation, representing large businesses, insurance companies, and individuals in contractual disputes, general and premises liability claims, trucking accident litigation, and construction defect cases. This background gives her a deep understanding of the legal and operational needs of corporate clients, which she brings to her current practice
Megan earned her undergraduate degree from James Madison University and received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Megan is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Megan now calls Florida home. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her dog, Tito.
Katie Mosher
Attorney
Kaitlin (Katie) Mosher focuses her practice on probate and trust administration, estate planning, real estate law, business and transactional law, and civil litigation. She works with individuals and families on estate planning and administration matters, assists clients with real estate transactions and disputes, and advises businesses on a variety of legal and contractual issues.
Prior to joining Bonardi & Uzdavinis, Katie practiced civil litigation with an emphasis on property insurance claims, general liability, and premises liability, representing clients throughout Florida’s state and federal courts.
Katie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
As Tampa native, Katie enjoys spending time with her dogs and staying active through fitness and outdoor activities.
Anna Vertefeuille-Nigro

Anna Vertefeuille-Nigro is an Associate Attorney with Bonardi & Uzdavinis who focuses on real estate matters, contract law, and probate. Anna earned her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts. Anna is committed to providing clear, effective legal solutions for clients across the state.

Neha Patel focuses her practice on real estate law, business litigation, and transactional matters. Neha’s practice is dedicated to guiding individuals, businesses, and investors through both litigation and transactional challenges with a results-driven and client-focused approach.
Neha earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience in handling real estate and business matters, which shaped her ability to provide strategic counsel tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Her work extends beyond dispute resolution; Neha is equally committed to helping clients avoid unnecessary litigation by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that protect their interests. Whether navigating the courtroom or structuring complex deals, Neha is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
Outside of her legal practice, Neha enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles.
